Senior Sales Representative
Location: Rocky Mount, NC
Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with residential clients for tree removal and pruning projects.
- Conduct on-site consultations, providing expert advice and detailed estimates.
- Drive sales through effective lead generation, client engagement, and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations.
- Utilize arborist knowledge to address client concerns and offer professional recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience - tree service industry experience prefered.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of tree care services, including removal and pruning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
